UNAUTHORISED CHARGES

Hi..

In recent bill I got charges that I never know.
Called Digi service center, he only block some of the number.
this "Mobipay", he said cannot block. I have to call Mobipay and cancel myself.

please  block all of these nonsense 5 digits number that charges me more than RM100 in 8 days.

These are the thing I want :

1) I WANT THESE 5 DIGITS NUMBER BLOCKED. INCLUDING MOBIPAY

2) REFUND ALL THESE NONSENSE CHARGES.

3) NEVER CHARGE ME WITH NONSENSE THINGS

Dear digi, im **bleep** off why digi allowed other party charged nonsence things to my bill...i am never subscribe to it.. call digi cs and he said me to do it cancelled it by my self.. plsssss.. stop 20000 sms or mobipay to enggage with digi.. plsssss stop this scam.. very dispointed digi cs said they cant do anything.. plsss stop thiss... plssssssssssss

Hi @muhaimin86 and @Nazimr6, you may have got affected when you accidentally click into website/app advertisement pop ups. Digi is already blocking new subscriptions from these third party content providers: http://community.digi.com.my/t5/Apps-Services/Third-Party-Charges-from-Content-Providers/ta-p/21328

If you currently have any subscription from these content providers, reply STOP ALL to the SMS that you received.

You can then contact customer service, or email to help@digi.com.my to get further assistance regarding the charges.

Re:  MESSAGE FROM 20000 and 36633 Force Gaming Subscription

I would like to report a complaint against mobipay company charging me on gaming subscription. I have received several messages from 20000 and 36633 saying I was charged by on gaming subscription. But I have never subscribed to any gaming subscription. I have no idea how it happened!

How can Digi allow such unscrupulous scam to go on? There must be some controls before Digi allows any company start charging to its customer via the phone bill.

The below SMS details were sent to my phone :-

I already make a complaint over Digi at Mid Valley Digi store on 03/01/2017. This is my case ID: CAS-429048-S7T2.  Until today i still haven't received any  reply from Digi.  I would like to have a full report and please revert my money back to my account RM44.39.

Re: Pending adjustment on Force Gaming Subscription RM35.95

Refer to the latest phone bill (Bill No 175112104) RM48.00 has already been refunded. But I have found out that unauthorised third party charges on my mobile bill since October 2016. Please see details below:

Normally, customer needs to engage in a double click opt in to purchase for games from your device via Mobipay service. We are regret to inform you that we have limited access to check and validate. However, we can give you a link for you to make a direct inquiry to Mobipay. 
 
For your inquiry the details of the transaction from Mobipay, you may check via:-
 
1.            Call center (Helpdesk): 1800 816 560 (IVR for out of hours, dual language selection; Malay and English.
2.            Customer Care Emails:

Dear Sirs

Thank you for your investigation (Case ID:CAS-811834-Q9N0) of this  unauthorized charges . I received a RM33.90 refund on my latest bill.
