Recently just swapped to DIGI but it is a nightmare tome. The signal is weak and line intermittenly drop at my home area.
If you wish to check, please check Bandar Puteri 12.
Very frustrated when having such terrible line . Going to change after my first terrible month with DIGI.

Hello @sendy1115, looks like you may have been on the edge between 4G and 3G when you are at certain spots in Bandar Puteri 12. You can look up your exact location here: http://new.digi.com.my/services/4g-lte-coverage. If it is expected that your area should have good connectivity, give us a call on Helpline (0162211800) to assist you in this matter.
Sometimes setting your device to use 3G will help to stabilize the connection, instead of switching back and forth with 4G. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
