Sorry,I have use postpaid plan + device.kontrak 2 tahun..tapi sekrang Saya dah receive penalty fees Dan charge bill..

Macam mane pihak Digi boleh suggest Kat Saya sebab Saya dah stuck penalty fees rm900 Dan bill tertunggak rm500

Saya nak bayar lumpsum memang Tak mampu..so kalo Terus biar je Tak boleh.kako Saya byr bill dulu penalty kemudian line sy Akan still kene bar atau Tak?

Kalo sy byr penalty secara ansuran boleh ke?

Plz help me for this stuck.😭

Hi Inako123. Kalau ada caj penalti, ada kemungkinan yang akaun anda dah terbatal. Bayaran ansuran boleh diuruskan tapi anda tak dapat nak melanggan akaun Postpaid yang lain selagi jumlah keseluruhan bil belum diselesaikan.

 

Kalau dah bais bayar, anda perlu pergi ke cawangan Digi Store untuk permohonan pengaktifan semula nombor. Tapi pengaktifan semula nombor tiada jaminan samada boleh atau tidak ya.

Ohh jadi ..saya pun nak bertanye.. Utk habis kan dulu byran tu.. Bayaran buat dekat digi store yg berdekatan tu boleh je kan.. Tak perlu nak ke centre digi yg betul2 punya.. Mcm tu pun boleh kan.. Mintak respon..

Jadi bill akan datang lagi atau Ada penambahan bayaran lagi KE atau tidak ye?KE memang itu saja Kadar bayaran yang perlu Saya selesaikan?

Berapa penalty fees untk terminate penggunaan postpaid+device selama 19 bulan?

Hi Digi, I want to terminate of my contract, its sound unfair to me, pay more but i cannot maximise my usage due to poor coverage, average date I can consume permonth is around 10-20Gb only from 160gB, but if you have another option on my payment contract feels free to negotiate. Tq.
