How to create/request a T-Pin coz i always being promptly asked on it when i making a call?

Honestly, I never know that you need a T-pin to make a call. T-pin was used back then to identify yourself for old OCS, when you are not dialing in using your own number.

 

For some reason if you need the T-pin, please get help from our customer service on Helpline (0162211800).
