Hi,

 

I am interested to switch my postpaid plan from other telco to digi.

I currently sub with my wife.

Can I know how to switch to digi via website signup? How to sub to my wife?

Online registration is only for the single submission. Should you wish to submit both main & supp line together as a family, kindly walk-in to our Digi Store for further assistance. Please check the nearest location here https://goo.gl/I45hAH.

 

You may ensure the requirement below before you request to port in:

- number registered under your name

- the account is active

- no outstanding

- no contract

Hi. Saya nak bertanya. Saya bertukar dari telco lain ke digi. Saya dah dapat simkad nya. Tapi saya tak tahu macam mana nak aktifkannya?

I have switched from other Telco to digi. But still used old Telco. When I check on digi website, there state that already send activation message. But I don't have any activation message.

Hi, if my wife is currently using prepaid from other telco & wish to switch to Digi postpaid and become  suppliment number to me (as existing Digi user),is this process possible & if  yes, appreciate to eloborate especially on becoming the supplimentary number. Thanks

Hi Safri2. First of all, your wife's number must be under your name first. If it is not under your name, please contact her current telco to know the process of ownership transfer.

 

Once transferred, you can submit your network switching request at one of our outlets.
