Centili is Digi's partner, so Digi will just let Centili to charge us without getting our validation/approval!!Smiley SadCat Mad

I also have experienced this in my bills. I dont know how they get my permission to authorised this deduction since the simcard for this phone is INSIDE my modem 24/7. Means definately no one in my house cant reply YES if CENTILI do have send permission access whatsoever to this simcard. I dont think my wife or my kid (she just turn 2 years couple days ago) have to do with all this. And for me?? Game is definately not my things. So I call Digi Helpline and they said they will try to exclude thos charges . Hopefully I dont have to pay those RM30 to them(**bleep** no I wont). Better to spend some toys for my daughter or 'belanja makan' my family.

da 3 bulan berturun bil tel saya naik. pada mulanya ingatkan penggunaan rupaya bila check customermize billing, ada bill for centiili. Bila buat report dia kata ada game aku install, bila masa aku install game. wei digi pulangkan balik duit aku.. ko ingat bill aku RM500 dkat sebulan tu tak banyak ke.. stress pulak akuu.. sekali transaction tm5 pulak tu... tolong lah take action ye... jangan simply deduct duit tanpa consult customer.

I really don't understand,why the Digi can pay off the fee to centili without our approval???

Can you answer to me??

Actually on this afternoon,I call to the Digi Helpline about the centili quietly charge me the fees in this 2 month without any trading online (buy games or whatever).
Your helpline receiver tell me the Centili is 3rd party,not under Digi , but I am feel so flummox , cause she can help me to disactive the Centili account and promised me will be refund to me on bill next month?! How to your party(Digi) can control the 3rd party (Centili) to refund to me?If the centili not under Digi??
