hi the team/authorised digi staff may not see it, as they will ask all your details before doing something.
pls raise the concern via mydigi app directly, but NOT on weekend/public holiday, as digi staff will not reply those send in during weekend/public holiday.
i kene once b4, but i had back to msia for days, but still charge me as roaming due to voice mail routed.
pls de-activate your voice mail too.

Thank you. Just an update, Digi support @ chat has told to me wait for a few days for the bill to be generated.
Hopefully they'll be able to rectify it.

Good afternoon. Once you have checked all of the charges details in every pages and if there's some charges that you are unsure of, you can refer it back to us for clarification. Can chat using the Live Chat service too.
