I have been in Australia with my wife for almost a week now. We are both Digi users and have purchased the Roam 25 plans (with Telstra, 2GB internet + 30 min calls valid for 3 days) twice without issue. Last night, on the 26th of Nov, we made another purchase each for Roam 25 on 27th November and received an SMS that notification that it has been received and will be activated.
It is now 09:30AM in Melbourne, and NOTHING has been activated. I tried calling *125# helpline for help too, but it is useless as the call drops 1 minute in without being able to speak to anyone. Please help urgently.
