Hi Digi,
I recently kept receiving payment reminder email from Digi.
I had cleared off the outstanding amount last month in Apr and today (7 May 2020), I received another reminder again.
Upon checking, the payments i made are not reflected in the payment history and I realized that I made payment to the old Account number: 1100027815275 but the mobile number i inserted for the payments are correct.
I didnt realize that my account number has been changed to 1100050287711 as all along, i have been making payment to Digi via Maybank2U registered payee.
My number has been barred due to this and now I am unable to login to My Digi for Live Chat support. I also cannot find customer support email in Digi website. I am unable to visit Digi store as I am located in oversea now.
Please assist me on this matter. Would greatly appreciate the help.
