I have called the DiGi Helpline and the staff-on-duty has guided me to send an email to request for termination of my DiGi Broadband account. It has been 3 weeks since I sent the email to email@example.com and there is no response received. Now, I have to pay for an extra month.
Currently, I already have 2 DiGi postpaid accounts. Now I am staying at home and have WiFi access, therefore I don't need this broadband service anymore.
I am currently living in Kampar,Perak and the nearest DiGi centre is located at Ipoh,Perak which is very far from my location. Due to MCO, I cannot travel between districts to walk-in and request my termination. Hence, I have to request termination online.
I hope someone from the DiGi Support centre can help me to proceed with this request.
