Refund Request for Overcharge

I was double charged for my Feb 19 bill and called in to request refund on the 27th Feb. I was told that it would take two weeks for the refund to be processed. I called-in again on the 11th March to reconfirm and the agent I spoke to mentioned it will be credited on the 14th of March. As expected, no refund was made and I called-in to escalate this matter.

 

I spoke to the managers, Harri and Kishen and they promised me that the funds will be in by 18th of March. Again, no refunds to be found in my account  today. This has been utterly disappointing for me as a customer  as I did my due diligence by making my payments and was punished with double charge.

 

Digi T&C clearly says that their refund policy is 14 days and they don't even adhere to their own SLA.
