Recently we are trying to MNP our company Redone line to Digi line as a group, and it had the error for principal stated that the pricipal line had supplementary line that's need to MNP while the supplementary line had the principal line that's need to MNP. We had no outstanding with Redone (doubel confirm with Redone) and no contract with them. Can you please assist to check on what's going on?
The principal line is 0168797071
Supplemantary line are 0168797073,0168797075,0168797076
Please assist to check and we hope to MNP them as soon as possible.

Hi lingsn88. The application is processed by redONE and the SMS will be sent by them as well since the numbers are still registered with them. It would be best if you could clarification from redONE. Thank you.
