I also experience RM1 charges to my account every 2 or 3 days.

Complain make every time when there is charges send via SMS, service center only reply problem will solve and terminal after 24 hrs but never happen.
I though Digi can provide better service than others, look's like is not true.
can someone advise what is the best way to solve this issue.
