Postpaid sim activation

Hi, I am switching to Digi from another telco and I have just received my postpaid sim which I had purchased online.  But I have yet to receive any SMS to confirm the switch. Plus, my status order has not been updated yet. what should I do now? this is my serial number  - 89601620021300582512

 

please help me solve this problem.
