hi.i signed up to this plan today.when i checked my itnet data usage it's stated that the 10gb itnet expires in 8 days.why is that so? isnt it for 1 month itnet data?wic means in 1 week i hv to finish the 10gb?

Hi @mizu ,

Your quota is renewed monthly on the bill cycle date. The billing cycle date is not based on the activation date. It will be auto-set by the system.

For the first bill, most of the time, it will not be a complete 1-month calculation. Don't worry about that as your bill calculation will be pro-rated based on days of usage The advance payment paid earlier will be used to clear this first bill. Anything extra will be carried forward to the next bill.

Hi, nikathirah. Postpaid 50 New plan provides unlimited calls to all networks including fixed line number. Excluding video call, calls to a special number (ie:TNB 15454, TM 103), toll-free (ie:1-300/1-800) and voicemail (121) :-)
