Digi Postpaid 50 New (Available via walk-in sign up only)

Internet quota: 10GB (3GB for all time + 7GB for Facebook and Youtube.)

Unlimited calls to all networks except IDD calls and toll line number such as 1300, 121, 100, etc.

SMS RM 0.10 per SMS to all local network.

Digi Postpaid 50 

Internet quota: 10GB (5GB for all time + 5GB for weekend)

Monthly 100 minutes free calls to all networks except IDD calls and toll line number such as 1300, 121, 100, etc.

Monthly free 100 SMS to all local network.

Subsequent charges: calls RM 0.15/min, SMS RM 0.10 per sms

Hi, i would like to change my plan to this postpaid 50NEW

I am currently Digi User under Postpaid 48

Contract renewal date : 1/9/2017. 

FIRSTLY,

When will the Postpaid 50 NEW will be available until?

SECONDLY, 

Is there any penalty or any charges if i were to change my plan just a few days before my contract renewal date 1/9/2017 ? 

LASTLY,

Is it possible for me to call to change the plan instead of walk in?

Please advice.

@Ishh,do wait until your contract is over before you change your plan. There are different promotion for walk-in and online plan subscription. For that Postpaid 50 New, you need to walk in.
