Hi hope this help.
pls sms STOP ALL to the no charge you
or log in mydigi app to see under subscription if any .
and call the content provider to stop the service if you can get from the sms received, from there u can ask them to refund as long as you can prove you never sub their service or they can proof that you sub thier service.
at the same time, email to digi via my digi app for investigation.
