1) Digi rejected my request to port out 2 times. Here is my case no. CAS-19050965-F3B3.
2) Digi change my package immediately after i request to port out WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!
I pay all my bills & dont have any outstanding. I also dont have any contract with Digi until they change my packages during their ' investigation' via phone call asking why i want to port out.
Its up to me which telco i want to use! Now digi make simple thing become worst. I pay every month to digi not getting your service for free so please do the MNP asap! Tell your CEO Albert Murty he get salary from customer!!!
I already email complaint to MCMC, CFM, Albern, Minister & KSU of KKMM regarding this matter.
