Due to MCO, i forgot to top up for my MIL and her prepaid number was terminated. Having no choice, i went to Digi service centre inside Mall to get reinstate back as a postpaid. What i wish was actually to continue as prepaid as she hardly use it nowsaday. However, i was told that to switch back to prepaid, i have to go back the service centre again. In view of high covid case, i decided not to do so. Thus, i wish to port out to another service where i get the the prepaid online without leaving my house. Everything was smooth, i got the new sim card, replied my decision to port out sms. However, i was informed by the new provider that DIGI rejected my request stating that "Principle line has supplementary line(s) that should be ported".
This is not a valid reason, as there is no supplementary line under this account. Can you please check and help.
