i am so **bleep**ed off with Digi.!!
I have requested to port out from Digi due to its poor coverage and it rejected my request by saying i have a supplementary line that i need to port out as well.
the problem is, I DO NOT HAVE ANY SUPPLMENTARY LINE!!
so Digi has verified from their end and confirm it is their system issue and i memang dont have supplementary line under my account. And i have to run back to the other telco store just to ask them resubmit the port in request. and i am still waiting Digi to take their own sweet time to resolve the non-existing supplementary lines.
This is so terribleeeee! is this Digi way's to stop their customers from leaving ???
anyone please help?
