Port In Refund

Hi,

 

Yesterday (31st Oct 2017)  i purchased the i150 plan (port in) online but now i need to cancel it because of financial and location reasons, how can i cancel and ask for a refund of the payment i made (RM318)?

For the refund plan advance payment of RM318.00, please send an email to shop@digi.com.my with your email subject entitled 'Return Policy' ("Triggering Email") together with the Refund Policy Form which can be found in Section 4A.3: http://goo.gl/Fo02Xg

Usually, the request for payment refund will take between 4-6 weeks. Thanks

For the refund request, you may send an email to dso-refund@digi.com.my with your email subject entitled 'Return Policy' ("Triggering Email") together with the Refund Policy Form which can be found in Section 5.3: http://goo.gl/Fo02Xg. 

 

The refund will be processed within 4-6 weeks from the time we receive the request ya.
