Penalised for upgrading plan? Seriously?

... Recently i have purchased iphone 6 with you guys and upgrading plan from high data 78 to high data 98. i knew that i was tied with contract for 12 mths to enjoy the RM10 rebate for high data 78 plan, thats why i seek advise from your Digi employee where i purchased the iphone from before i decide to upgrading plan, which she told me that there wont be penalty if i upgrading plan. But recent bills shows that i am being penalised RM50 for upgrading the plan.

 

Since i cant attach the PDF file, i will copy relevant details below:

But seriously you guys penalised your customer for upgrading plan???
