Partially Paid and bill overcharge.

Hello.. why my november bill showing partially paid while on receipt it's full payment?

I've paid FULL RM159 for november but it shows partially paid in mydigi website?

Now this month December I've got charged RM190.

Then this month's bill seems overcharged???? Please clarify.

@GameSky, I think it has been a few days from your billing cycle and you will (or soon) be able to download PDF statement of your bill. Details of charges will be documented in the PDF statement. It would be easier for you to identify what are the errorneous charges first.
