Paid my Digi Postpaid bill via MyDigi app. Still shows amount due?

Hello,

 

I have made my payment for my Digi Postpaid bill for the month of Oct via MyDigi app, but it still shows  the amount due  on my account.

 

Does it take 1 day for it to update? I have prove of payment made.

 

Hope to resolve this issue because I don't want to make double payment.
