Hey Digi! What is your problem!!??
Twice I have submitted requests to port out. Twice you have rejected with a flimsy response saying one line did not respond. The second attempt I get a message that says my request is rejected with the message "PRINCIPAL LINE HAS SUPPLEMENTARY LINE(S0 THAT SHOULD BE PORTED". WHY SEND PART OF THE MESSAGE IN FULL CAPS?
I called your hotline and spoke with Paul who seemed to blame your system - what rubbish!
I AM COMMITTED TO PORT OUT FROM DIGI!
I am going to resubmit my request for the third time. I want a speedy approval to port out!

I Just received a call from Digi staff, Syafira/Syafika.
I can't wait to receive your SMS to confirm my request to leave Digi for the THIRD time.

I only believe this was possible thanks to the PM to the community forum admins here and the live chat last night.
