i am a Digi client for almost 21years and i encouter poor network coverage & signal which is coused unable to access internet in recent 4 ~ 5 months. i have made compalin few times but no updates & improvement from your end.
kindly rectify the issue and please feedback / update your client if you facing any issues , and also please update me what is the recovery leadtime for current issue .
if there is no update from your end latest by next monday (8/03/21) i have no choice but switch to other telco.
My location is Taman Tanming Jaya (balakong)
