POOR Internet connection and POOR Customer service

I have been using Digi for almost 5 years. First of all, the Digi's line at my home area (Bandar Damai Perdana) is too bad, can't use at all even just sending a message. Then I have the worst experience in Digi postpaid plan. I received a billing message 1 month after I terminate my postpaid plan. When I ask Digi, they said it is an outstanding bill. The problem here is I had paid the bill and confirm with the Digi's staff when terminating the plan, they didn't tell me there is another bill for next month service which is already prorated when terminating the plan, the service are all ended once I terminate, which mean I have to pay the bill even I didn't use the service. Hope Digi can improve their services, please ensure your customer clear all the bill before terminating plans or other services, and please provide the service that equal to the amount we paid. It is too bad to pay an unused thing.
