I noticed my bill been charged extra RM10 on monthly basis. I took package that offers me RM50 per month as commitment. I need to check on what is being charged extra.

Hi Yogeni90. We suggest you to check all of the charges details via your MyDigi app (by downloading your bill statement). Please check every pages and if there's some charges that you are unsure of, you can refer it back to us for clarification.
