Hi team Digi,

May I know why my order ( 210725041689977) have not been processed? It’s have been 4 working days and yet still no update based on the tracking order. Besides that, I just talked with the CSP MMAG hotline this afternoon and they mentioned that they have not receive the order from Digi.

Could you help to explain the reason and solution regarding this matter. Thank you.
