If you maintained the same phone number, the bill will continue on the following month.
If you changed to a new phone number, then you will receive the final bill via email (contact Digi if you did not receive) and you can make that payment using online banking platform or Jompay.

Just to add. For change of plan, the charges for both plans will be calculated prorated according to the active days only.
