Not able to port out

I kept receiving messages saying Sorry, your request was rejected. Non fulfillment of contract obligation. Please call 0162211800 for help

I called but no one answered.

I urgently need to port out and have already paid the new mobile line . Please assist.

I have never missed payment for Digi and im not in contract with Digi too.
