No indoor 4G+ Lte Advanced

Hi Digi Support, Could you please check coverage at my area. Currently indoor I could get 4G but from digi coverage checker shows 4G Lte Advance is possible. I am using Digi Infinite 150. Regards Jason Lim

Hi jasonlts. First of all, please check your phone whether or not it can receive 4G+ signal. If it is able to, please submit an official report via your MyDigi app ; Menu >> Support >> choose Network Coverage.

 

The report will be directly sent to our technical team and the result will be updated in the My Case Status within 2~5 days.
