Hi there.
Did u tried to slot out your simcard and put back u sim card?
it's happend to my husband when i chaged his plan ( husband number is under my name ) .
As i know slot out simcard it's like master restart your network connection.
If done ad, u need to walk in to DC or call careline to check it out.
