Hi Digi team.
So for the past few days, I've used up all my data available.
What staggering right when I've notified that I've used up all my data, I got no internet connection at all.
No 64kbps basic internet, not at all.
At first I thought that maybe digi not giving any internet connection after I've used up my data. But you're the one that said "WILL CONTINUE AT LOW SPEED". Not that I'm being barred from being connected!!!

Due to this, I have to buy the RM5 add-on data to get connected.
This is freaking terrible because this is my only first month ported to DiGi from Celcom and this is what I got.
Please guys, please. Provide your basic internet as promised!!

You will not be getting bill shocks when your quota has depleted but you will need to purchase add-on in order to continue to use the internet after your quota has depleted. Current postpaid plans do not include low speed internet after quota has depleted.

Shame on me for not reading the details regarding unavailability of the basic internet for this plan.
This is clearly not in my favour as of now.
I can see that my billing is until 07 Feb 2018. How can I terminate this plan to avoid it from continue charging me for the next billing? Do I need to go to the nearest Digi Center?
And one more, If I terminate this plan from my current number which is this 6013618**** , will this number become obsolete? Because i would like conver to Digi Prepaid Plan or MNP.
Appreciate your help on this matter.
