hello, my name mohd hairie sufrie abd rani, and my number is 0199505187. i have paid rm150.00 from my total bil rm180.20 on 24.12.2017 through online banking. and on this morning digi has barred my line. i have outstanding rm30.20 only. please help me unbar my line to get in touch with peolpe. tq

Hi hairie87. Payment made via online banking will take 2 working days for us to receive and update in our system. You will be notified by SMS once we received your payment. For faster payment process, you may make the payment via MyDigi or JomPAY service. Just login to any online banking, and select JomPAY under the Bill Payment tab. Enter the code 1016 for biller code, and enter your account code for Reference 1. Payment made using these 2 channels will be updated on the same day. TQ.
