I subscribed to Postpaid 50 via port in from  Maxis,  transaction no. 17072521186734 on  25 July 21.18.04 MYT.

 

The acknowledgement says I willl receive  a consignment note number within 24 hours,  and a delivery after 3 days.

 

It is more than a week and there is no consignment note number or any news at all.

 

My payment has been debited, and its seems the order has  disappeared into thin air.

 

Does someone actually monitor and follow up on orders.

 

Is this a prelude to the  Digi service standards..

 

I am thinking of  sticking with my current service providier.

 

Would someone care to check on this.
