Alternatively, you may connect your phone to Wi-Fi, log-in to our MyDigi apps and follow the step stated to block your number. MyDigi > Settings >My Subscriptions > turn on "Suspend My Line". For postpaid account, the owner requires to walk-in to Digi Store /Digi Store Express within 7 days to replace your sim card and there will be a charge of RM10, thereafter line will be auto reactivated. The reactivated line will be billed as per normal.
For prepaid, please walk-in for the sim card replacement before the validity is expired. For more info on Digi Store, you may visit http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store.
