I'm also  having same issue  here. Ported out since 5 May 2019 and my last payment to digi is on 25 Apr 2019.  But keep on getting an sms to pay my bill. Pls re check my acc no. is 1100044273794.

This problem same goes happens to me. I done payment and port out and change to umobile but keep the same number,0135909362 digi postpaid. i think i've received my will with penalty now...

I keep on receiving email for bill notification even already opt out from Digi long.

I also can't check my digi bill balances because my number was being terminated. I can't check it at digi apps because the my number can't use anymore after the termination. Can you check it for me? My number 0178923484 and my last id is 5495

Zarina1311, upon checking, ur current outstanding amount is RM1,271.00

 

Bill payment for a terminated account can be made through JomPAY service (online banking).
Once you've login to the bank portal, choose the JomPAY option. Normally it will be parked under the bill payment option.

 

You will need to fill up these 2 details:


1) Biller Code: 1016 for Digi Digi Telecommunications.
2) Reference 1: your terminated Digi account number - 1100047377177
