Keep Get Call from 23310 after port out

Why do I keep Get CALL FROM 23310 said I have overdue bill even I settle everything before port out ?! You dint even provide me a proper bill and want me to pay?! No email. No SMS. JUST KEEP CALL ME..
It had been ported out 2 Months ago..
