Hi Digi admin,
I would like to address an issue with my postpaid sim card. I was able to use my phone network until today morning (26/4/2020) 6.30am where it suddenly shown invalid sim. I have tried several times of restarting and reslotting the sim card but it is still the same. I'm a DiGi postpaid user and I paid my bill regularly on time. Last paid on 19/4/2020. I've been using this same number for the past 13 years. My phone number is 016-5633316
Kindly look into this matter urgently .
