Billing cycle normally on 16th every month...till now not yet get my rollover..

Hi..i got a problem till today not getting my internet rollover..what halpen actuali?my billing cycle is every 16th every month..

already pm digi_kobi..no reply...

please solved this a.s.a.p as these seems like u guys not gv the internet rollover as per mention in this package

Also take note that if Internet Sharing feature is used, there will be no rollover. http://new.digi.com.my/postpaid/family-plans

Never used internet sharing...i will try asked from digi centre..
