I've paid my bill but how come my line is still barred?

This depends on whether you've paid your bill via online banking services, or directly to MyDigi.

 

If you have paid via an online banking service or any third party channel, it may take up to 2 working days for your payment to be reflected in the system.

 

For convenience and speedy unbarring process, pay through MyDigi and it will be unbarred almost immediately. 

 

If you have paid via online banking service/3rd party channel and would like your line to be unbarred immediately, kindly make a call to our Helpline at 016 2211 800 and provide your payment details.

Hi Digi,

 

I have faced a similar issue.
I have paid the March bill through MyDigi app, although payment "failed"  but the outstanding bill is reset, and the money is transferred.

 

In the end, my line is not barred but one my sub-line is barred, and it is not able to unbar through caller. Other than that, there is nobody picking up the customer service hotline when called.

 

Somebody please assist me on my issue.

I have 2 numbers under my name (me and my mom) 

is it possible if one of the numbers bill are not paid, both numbers will be barred, even if we already paid the bill for the other number?
