Hi Musida. Change of plan from Postpaid to Prepaid can only be done at our main Digi Stores. Kindly refer to the link provided for more info about the location and operating hours of our Digi Store: http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store
Please tick on Digi Store only under the Outlet section. Kindly note that all unpaid bill needs to be cleared and you will receive your final bill within a month after the plan has been terminated. Thanks.
