Hi nekohime1303. The additional 3GB All Day quota will be granted within 5 days after the Postpaid plan is activated. Please inform us if there's no update after this period. Thank you.

Hi Musida. Change of plan from Postpaid to Prepaid can only be done at our main Digi Stores. Kindly refer to the link provided for more info about the location and operating hours of our Digi Store: http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store
Please tick on Digi Store only under the Outlet section. Kindly note that all unpaid bill needs to be cleared and you will receive your final bill within a month after the plan has been terminated. Thanks.

i have subscribed digi 38 postpaid new with 9gb (6gb all days + 3gb weekend) but currently my quota only left with 6gb all days and no weekend quota..may i know where the usual 3gb weekend because i have received a message said that my 3gb weekend quota has been upgraded to all days for free but it still consuming quota from 6gb data? can i get clearance for this issue?
