Thank you for your reply. I sent you a PM on 1st October. When can I expect a reply to that then? I know it's the weekend but can I get my account terminated by Monday or Tuesday? I need to have it terminated ASAP.

Hello. What is exactly the status? I have sent you a PM on 1st October and haven't received a reply. It's been 9 days since my first email to help@digi.com.my and haven't received a reply.

I need to terminate this account ASAP to avoid future charges. Thank you.

Is there any other Digi Customer Service who will not ignore my PM and who can give me a definitive answer?

I need to terminate my account before the next billing cycle which is in 2 days.

Briefly:

- 25th September - sent an email request to terminate my account to help@digi.com.my with my particulars and a copy of full account payment receipt - no answer
- 1st October - sent a PM with  account particulars to Digi_Zemi as per requested - no answer
- 4th September - sent a second email to help@digi.com.my - no answer

I don't have an active contract and no outstanding bill.

Can you terminate my account within 2 days?

What exactly do you need to terminate my account?
