Ever since i port in to digi ive been getting lotsa headache.
1. The day after i use digi my line is suspended due to suspicious activity. I had to go to digi center and que up 10 numbers just to get told the supervisors all went back and the staff cant unbar my line. This was on saturday. It was finally reconnected few hours later.
2. Just now i received my bill and found out my billing cycle starts from 16th. So i was charged prorated from my 120 plan for 3 days 12th-15th. This is ok
3. Im also charged 1 month of the device price. Im still ok with this.
4. Im charged 1 month of digishield just for 3 days?!
5. Im also charged upfront for 3 month digishield
6. Why are there additional charges on service fee, others and calls?
Wow to think of hidden charges as things of the past.
