Hi Digi Team,
I had switched my phone number (011-1284-4858) to Celcol recently, because DIGI Mobile network had never been working well since I ported in Digi.
Just now, I paid the unbilled amount.
When do you get me the foreign deposit (500RM)?
And how can I keep track of this?

Hi RoganSon. Deposit will be refunded after your account has completed the next 2 bill cycles from the date of account termination. Thank you.
