Gadget Sim no quota

I recently purchased a gadget sim to supplement my main line. Was informed by store helper that the sim used data quota from the main line and he had activated the sim, and I had received the confirmation sms. Tested the sim but was no go.Got a prompt that quota had run out even though my main line still has around 20gb.

I'm a digi80 customer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, good morning.May we know, has the mainline transferred some of his quota to the Gadget SIM? If he had but you have received it but still can't use it, you can PM one of us for assistance ya. Thank you.

Hi! Thanks for replying.

How do you transfer quota? There's no option to in the digi mobile app and on the digi website.
