I recently purchased a gadget sim to supplement my main line. Was informed by store helper that the sim used data quota from the main line and he had activated the sim, and I had received the confirmation sms. Tested the sim but was no go.Got a prompt that quota had run out even though my main line still has around 20gb.
I'm a digi80 customer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
