I've gotten a new postpaid plan 1 month ago, and I 've paid for the advance payment.
It's been a month cycle, and I can't find the invoice statement anywhere. Where can I find this statement?
Billing history is empty, annual bill statement have no data as well. How long does it take to have the invoice statement? I need the receipt.

Hi, good afternoon. Statements will be ready for downloading via your MyDigi few days after your billing date. We suggest you to check again 5 days after your billing date.
